Mojo: FOUND

Had a good run today and am working on digging my fingernails deep into my mojo and am hanging on for dear life!!!!

Part of my problem w/ the mojo has been that my digestion is just WRECKED lately. Think horribly bloated ALL THE DAMN time.. I look like I'm about 5 months pregnant by the end of the day.. it's just ridiculous! I've suffered w/ this for a LLLLOOONNNGGG time and it comes and goes in severity. I'm - once again - working to try to eliminate (no pun intended) this problem. It's very frustrating and hard to run w/o discomfort.

Today it wasn't as uncomfortable as other days and I was able to take my mind off of it and onto better things... I think the sun shine helped a lot.

Okay... off to do P90X before I go pick up the kids and rock the yard!

  1. I'm glad you had a good run! Sorry about your bloat problems. I used to get that all the time before I became a vegetarian. No meat=a happy tummy for me! I hope you figure out what's causing it!

  4. I am glad you found my blog. It's a lot of fun to find twin mommy triathletes! So glad to find you too. I'm sorry about your bloating issues... I'm sure you've been to the doctor about it, but what have they said? I know this may sound funny, but my Mom has some wierd food allergies and she gets distended and then has "gastric issues" a day or 2 later. If you haven't looked that route already, that's one idea.

As for my season, I'm doing TNT at St. Anthony's at the end of the month, probably a few local tri races, adding some more running races, and the Women's 1/2 Marathon in St. Pete in November. I havent' settled it perfectly, but I list some of what I plan to do on the blog.

I'm glad we found each other in blogland!
