I can't say that I would run all that fast on my long runs, but sometimes I did push it to see what I had left in the tank.<br /><br />Glad you're feeling a little more prepared before the big move. Of course my long run was only 8 miles.. not 20miles after having done a 10 mile pace run the day before. Let me know how that works for you! Right now I am just trying to make it through my runs.
